Heavy Mushroom bag that is top heavy to keep the bag stable. A bulbous centre that is oversized which is perfect for elows, body rips, knees, front kicks.

The curved centre target is great for heavy upper shin kicks.

The stabiliser base is great for shin kicks to thigh and knee.

Made in Australia and hand packed with soft shredded combination fillers , this bag weighs about 70 kg and is very strongly made.
