This bag, is unique to Ray Hana’s and is an original design dated c 2006.
Designed especially for fighter to condition shins and fist for combat training.
Unique construction permits long heavy training , improving the density of bone and desensitising of skin in preparation for ring fighting and live combat.
The added benefit of this bag is the low stress on the overall body assisting low body wear and tear to joints.
Long and skinny bag 4 foot , 15 cm diameter. Filled with hard dense material.
Punch, kick and slap bag to enhance conditioning on shins and forearms.
Made from durable fabrics, will last 10 – 15 years of regular training.
