Dit Dar jow is an ancient Chinese herbal rubbingh linament. Used in conjunction with Iron palm, Iron shin and iron shirt kungfu training and condtioning.
Rub before you start striking the wooden dummy or iron palm bag. When finished your training session, rub again
The benefits are to quickly remove bruising from training, toughens the skin to make it less tearable in combat But still retaining softens in the skin texture. Dit dar also promotes bone strenght , hence the term iron shin , shirt or palm.
Dit dar jow is made from an ingredient list handed down from Sifu to trusted student. The ingredients are ground and steeped in high quality brandy and then left in a clay vat for at least 6 months underground.
Supply of good quality dit dar is sparse and variable and is always best to buy it when its available.
