Yes activity produces endorphins and serotonin- the best drugs ever.

Its probably why the rave scene is so big after trancing for about 45 minutes at 120 bpm you're pretty Euphoric at the crescendo .

The food you eat - is soooo very important - eg. the fried chickeI had last night left me grinding my teeth and restlsess till late

in chinese medicine and Ayurveda - the elements you put in your mouth are extremely important . Regretably in society now - for all of our science have become even less diligent with our own self preservation

What you think - you become - there's a Bhuddist quote for this deep ancient knowledge prfound and relevant.

Martial Arts and Sports teach are helpful . I prefer Martial Arts - Tes, I am biased but also because I see guidance as a part of Martial Atraining. the relation between instructor and student is unique - it is of mentor and mentee ( not real word )

Sports on the other hand - tend to reward the few - the excellent - the talented - and the intensity of mentoring and guidance is either reflected in the coaching of the most excellent coaches or ath the elite levels of competition

Martial Arts gives you far more - far more embracingly - generously - and cheaply dare I say than sports.

that being said - we do see more of a moevment towards sports - and tat is interesting for Martial Arts.....
