Reminder that Black Swan TKD is holding a poomse and sparring Workshop for all belts this Saturday 13th June at Warnboro Hall, Rockingham. Sharon Jones & Chris Edwards are instructing poomse from 1pm - 2pm, followed by Charles Rawlins leading the sparring workshop involving pratical demonstrations and training with Black Swan's electronic scoring systems setup for mock-up tournament situations.
